Industry leadership

CGC is in routine contact with most provincial Ministries of Energy in Canada and we participate in the annual Conference of Energy Ministers. We are a member of the Energy Dialogue Group (www.energydialoguegroup.ca), a unique alliance of 19 energy industry associations focused on encouraging a broader debate about energy at all levels of government. We deliver the geoexchange perspective to this influential audience, which represents an important sector of the Canadian economy. In addition, we work with ministries and agencies to deliver specific objectives in partnership with their utilities and/or stakeholders such as our involvement in the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation’s Net Zero Energy / Healthy Housing initiative.

Our work is focused on building solutions and optimising energy usage, rather than simply selling heat pumps. Geoexchange™ is part of a quality assurance and marketing strategy designed to grow the industry, and unify and level the playing field in Canada.
