CGC's corporate structure

The Canadian GeoExchange Coalition was incorporated as a non-profit, federally incorporated corporation on June 17, 2002.  

 

The Coalition is governed by an elected Board of Directors. It is managed by a President & CEO.

 

Executive Committee is comprised of the President & CEO, Secretary, Treasurer, Chair and Vice-Chair.
