Canadian Industry Training Materials Enter Final Testing of Digital Formats

CGC College partners now reviewing e-books for online deployment in early 2019.
 
 
The Canadian GeoExchange Coalition (CGC) announced today that Canada's original 385-page training manual for design and installation of ground source heat pump systems, authored by CGC with contributions from a range of national education and technology experts, is currently being tested and will be available as an electronic book in early 2019. College testing is now occurring in three provinces and both official languages
 
Additionally, Canadian course materials, including hundreds of slides per course, may be made available in 2019 through secure download channels to existing CGC College partners, and to students seeking training as part of Canada's Global GeoExchange™ Quality Program®.
 
"CGC training materials and accreditation streams are built around promoting provincial regulation, Canadian standards, and best industry practices” said Ted Kantrowitz, CGC CEO. “We are constantly looking for ways to reward and empower our industry’s best contractors, and its most valued partners.”
 
With all training materials available in both official languages since program inception, Canada's national association is committed to meeting the need for clear, relevant, Canada-relevant training in each region of the country.
 
The materials will also be available in app format and on mobile and desktop platforms for download worldwide, reflecting the Canadian industry’s world-class expertise in heat pump technology.
